Founded by Scott Host as Cygnus Studios (or sometimes "Cygnus Software" ... ?) and now known as "Mountain King Studios", this development team got their start with the 1992 game Galactix, before hitting it big with the shareware game Raptor: Call of the Shadows. The company is still active, releasing games for modern PCs and mobile devices.
