Founded in Tokyo in 1953, Taito began importing and eventually developing gaming & arcade machines in the 1960's. With the release of numerous popular arcade games beginning with Space Invaders and subsequently MANY more, they became one of the giants of the early video game industry. Hit games such as the Bust-a-Move series and others continue today.
