Clockwiser was created by the Dutch Team Hoi game developers, a name referring to their game Hoi for the Amiga (1992). Team Hoi consisted of Metin Seven (game design and graphics), Ramon Braumuller (music and sound effects), Reinier van Vliet (game design and coding), and Peter Schaap (MS-DOS and Windows coding). Clockwiser was released for Amiga (OCS and AGA versions), CD32 console, MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 by the British publisher Rasputin, but they never paid the developers.
