hi there i know it s been awhile but did you ever find out what needed to be done with the three wheels im stuck at the same point in the game

help am playing an old game called wrath of earth am stuck at the end of the first level trying to destroy the power station does anybody know how to do it or know where i can get a walkthrough for this game
