If you mean the expansion"s executable, it's war2.exe also.
Okay I typed in:

cd war2

setup

It brought up the setup for the original game though.

Okay, that seemed to do the trick. I can now play the game!!! :thumbsup: I do have one more grievance. When I start DOSbox up in fullscreen=true and play WC2, the video lags and loads very slowly. Also, when I try moving the mouse around the map, the video and audio flat out freeze. The weird thing ...

I typed: C:\Users\my name\oldgames\wcr2 cd wcr2 setup When I installed the game, I copied all the files from the CD and put them in the oldgames folder called wcr2. The first time I played the game I typed: cd wcr2 to get the WCR2 prompt. I typed "setup", and the game installed, and I was ...

When you install the game from the CD you MUST mount it again to play. When I try to play, I type: cd war2 war2 The game starts fine; it just doesn't recognize the cdrom that's inserted. What else needs to be mounted, and how do I do it? I already have "C:\Users\my name\oldgames\WAR2" on ...

As you downloaded the game, was it a CD image or just some files? I didn't download the game. I have an original disk. *edit The file destination is: C:\Users\my name\oldgames\WAR2 I had originally copied the files and folders on the cdrom and put them in a folder called wcr2 which was in oldgames....

When I'm in fullscreen, the mouse clicks don't register, and it still won't recognize that there's a disc inserted.

Okay, forget my last post. I got WCR2 installed and running.

What's the command to play the game without going through setup though?
