Alright, i'll try. XDdosraider wrote:If your PC is beefy enough dosbox 0.74 can record movies, and it works pretty good.
CTRL-ALT-F5 Start/Stop creating a movie of the screen. (avi video capturing)
You can choose where the *.avi file will be stored in dosbox conf file under header [dosbox]
captures=x:\path\folder\
Dosbox restart needed after altering the conf file.
x:\path\folder must be existing and dosbox must of course have read/write rights in the folder.
As you're on Vista 64 bit I will suppose you're compy can handle it (or it should ...)
As folder I would suggest you create this capture folder:
C:\users\brenton\capture\
Keep in mind that you will ask some extra effort from your CPU/system, so close what's running on the background and isn't really needed.
Don't forget to let us know what the results are......
EDIT: It didn't end up in the directory you said it would be in and with what I know I input the directory details into the options but it ended somewhere else but I don't mind since now I got the video recorded and that's all that matters to me and you can see it here now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avxnPhWiA6w XD Thanks once again! ^^ Even though it is a bit laggy at the end I can figure that out some other time, truly. XP I'm just glad I got it on a vid so thanks again.
