Where to post feedback

I had a bad experience at a bookstore today - Barnes in Touhy - I wonder where I can post feedback about them. I went on their website, but I only got an email where I can send feedback. If I post comments on feedback sites, would the "bosses" of Barnes ever see it? or are those sites / forums just viewed by customers?

I would suggest trying to email them. However, it is best if they solicit your feedback in the first place. Stores need feedback to stay in business. I know my aunt works and when customers have a complaint she listens. She tells me she needs to feed all her kids. So if a store has a bad reputation they will not be able to take care of their families.
