DOS Game Suggestions.

Post by Trentdaddy »

C'mon. Gimme sum DOS game suggestions. Any kind, any genre will do. I want to play some good ones before i actually start a collection
Why yes, games are becoming quite innapropriate. For example, Mario eats shrooms, throws fireballs, and kill turtles.

Al lowe didnt make it so he could pull a joke on all of the LSL players who were waiting for LSL4. During that time, he made Freddy Pharkas: Fronteir Pharmacist.

Get Mario&Luigi or Simpsons Tetris. Run these games in pure DOS mode if you can, although you can run Simpsons Tetris on Windows, but since I hate Win, why do it on Win?

Tetris is still cool

I can't believe nobody said this. Scorched Earth. Incredibly great game, and lots of fun for everyone (up to I believe 8 people). Warcraft is also great, just really, REALLY, slow in comparrison to the newer ones.

Scorched Earth is probably the only game which works in XP without a single problem.

I agree, Scorched Earth is a great time waster; add or subtract players at any time is a cool feature. Reach for the Stars and Empire 1,2 works nicely for the pre-486 fans. All the Sid Myer's sim games will keep you busy a few days at a time. Warlords 1,2,3 all are worth it. Jack Nicklaus golf series is relaxing but precise. And of course all the Great Naval Battles games.

But sometimes the best game of all is getting some games to work or load that last 1k above 640. Praying for memaker to work it out.... one more time. Talk about the agony and ecstacy. :cuccoan: :cuccoan: :cuccoan:
