PC Peter Pan/the lost boys game

Post by Protocube »

Hey, i'm searching for a old pc peter pan / lost boys game

it was a side scroller game where you played as the lost boys ( if i remember correctly). IF you lost a life, you simply played as one of the other lost boys.
The game wasn't very colorfull, and almost had a kindof depressing feel to it.

i think i remember playing it from an old pc demo disc of some sort..

If anyone has any clue of wich game i'm talking about i would be very greatfull.

thanx

Some of the Peter Pan games are documented at moby, but not all.
http://www.mobygames.com/game-group/fic ... -peter-pan

There is a list on a Wiki here, though some of them are stubs.

Looking at the descriptions, one of the Hook games (by Irem) allows playing as a 'lost boy', but it's an arcade game, not for PC.

hmm, must have not been an official peter pan game then... argh... i just remember that the game was a sidescroller in a forrest, and you had to gather things ( cant remember what ) while a peter pan character was hovering above your head.

I think your Peter Pan game is on the Big Bonus CD. You can find that on Archive.org

See Index some calls before about the Big Bonus CD.

The game works well in XP. Can't you try Dosbox? (No idea if Dosbox runs in Windows 10).

DosBox definitely works in Windows 10. :D

Perhaps a silly question, but if the game is on archive.org and is a dos game, it wouldn't happen to be 'ready to play' on one of their "Browser DosBox games" would it? Then you could just play in browser.

How do you play games on archive.org?

The DOS games in the library of archive.org are shown by picture (and some description). Click the picture and you get a second page. There is the game to play, click the pointer and some emulator is loading. I did not check any further.
