Motorcycle racing game with Power Rangers [Moto Racer]

This was a 3D 3rd person racing game I played in the early 2000s on my PC (Windows XP), where all of the racers used motorcycles. For some reason they all looked like they were power rangers, as their suits had a single color (red, blue, green, yellow, etc.) and then were otherwise white with black visors. I doubt they were actually power rangers though, maybe it was just their helmets? I remember that you could do wheelies, but if you touched someone else while doing one, you immediately fell off your bike. One of the notable things I remember is that one of the race courses was a canyon, and at a point you could stop next to a small shack that was supposedly haunted, as stopping there let you hear some spooky music or sounds. I don't recall ever seeing a ghost come out of the shack though.

Redline Racer comes to mind with its motorcycles and canyons. I don't remember much about the details.

What I remember though is that in 2000 the graphics looked much better than in those screenshots. They were pretty close to being photorealistic. Technology sure has gone a long way backwards since then.
