I always liked the gold box ssi d&d games so i went and found the 2 SSI buck rogers games on ebay (Matrix cubed, Countdown to Doomsday). Was wondering if anybody liked these games back in the day.

17 years later... a response. LOL. I loved those games, and have picked them back up since the pandemic started.

While it's been several decades since their initial release, there are likely still fans who have fond memories of playing these SSI Buck Rogers games.

I definitely remember playing the SSI Buck Rogers games! They were pretty solid if you liked the old-school SSI D&D games. Matrix Cubed was a bit more complex but fun if you enjoyed managing your crew and ships. Countdown to Doomsday had that cool turn-based strategy vibe. Not as polished as the gold box D&D titles, but they had their charm.
