vmWare games run too fast

I just installed DR DOS on the vmWare workstation 4.5.2 and also installed an old favorite epic pinball. The problem is the visuals and the sound run too fast within the vmWare. If anyone knows a solution that would help within the vmWare that would be great. If possible I'd rather not switch to a different method of running old games such as an emulator.

IF anyone is wondering if I'm just illiterate and missed the whole read the FAQ first and use MOSLO, well I tried that and haven't gotten it to work so if someone would please help me that would be most appreciated

I dunno, I don't touch VMware. You've tried DOS Box right? Or is this Pinball game for winblows?
