I open an old pc thats runing dos.... and find the cpu socket empty
can be possible.... or Im missing something???

Are you sure it's the cpu socket and not a fpu socket?

surface mount processor (common in later 386SX and 486 SX chips), they usualy have a socket for a math coprocessor and maybe a DX upgrade processor.

As far as i know only the 386 SX has the feature to add a FPU, the 486 SX has a disabled integrated FPU.
I love 320x200!
