Hi. I have both the "shareware" and "complete version" CDs. Here is the photo-scan of CDs in question.
I bought them both separately, years ago, but I only got the shareware version jewel case. (In which I keep both of em) I lost the boxes long time ago. (Shareware version never had a box to begin with) I don't remember receiving any manual from either of them. I think "Complete Version" CD came with a simple paper sheet that had the default control key layout. I might have it somewhere.
Also, on one of the CDs you get the full versions of several old Duke Nukem (2D) games. Both CDs have tons of demos and shareware of DOS oldies. I think there are more complete games as well, such as the original Descent.

i know that the duke 3d disc contains full versions of duke nukem 1 and duke nukem 2. as for any other game i dunno.
