I can agree with both Worm and DB here, but at the same time...
You can't exactly base the maturity level of a person from a few posts here and there.
Occasionally, people who are incredibly mature post random, irrelivant things.
And as well, you need to take age into consideration, as there are some youngin's who are very mature, some who are at the maturity level of their age, and some who should just be shot.
Same goes for the older ones as well....
But hey, I don't actually know what it's like at GH....however I usually hear it being described as DB just did...

Global Mod actually, though to the average user it’s much the same as being an admin. I just don’t have access to the admin CP. However there’s a lot more that admins do behind the scenes that I don’t have to/am able to do that people are unaware of.
