Hey i was on a trip, got back now,

I can play normally now, didnt have the knowliedge to mount a virtual drive!

Stonekeep the game seems to run with horrible sound in the game, sometimes i can hardly understand what the caracters says, somebody know how to fix the speech/sound probs?

Sorry! i meant warcraft 2! it's because i have the ancient CD but the videos are horrible, with alot frame per second loss, i dont know if skipping frames or gettign a higher set will help ill try it out, but if not, could someone help me?

Thanks but for iso i cant make it run, there's something missing and i dont know what, maybe in not reading or understanding the tutorial since english aint my first language

To mount an ISO in dosbox:

imgmount d x:\folder\name.iso -t iso

This will mount your ISO as CDdrive D: in dosbox.

x:\folder\name.iso = correct path and name of your ISO.
Of course you'll still need to mount a virtual C: also.

What could help us help you is that you give full detailled info.
Hardware specs?
OS?
All your mount lines.
All your inputs.

i dont have an .iso file i have an .ccd one... it's unsuported... what do i do?

*.ccd is a >> CloneCD format << click.
Download the trial version, burn the CD with it or use a virtual CDdrive.

Your mount line for your CDdrive or virtual drive is:
mount d x:\ -t cdrom

This will mount it as D: in dosbox.
The x:\ is your real CDdrive/virtual CDdrive under windows.

im just too dumb lol because i cant understand i have a .ccd file, how will i use comands with .iso if the file i have is a .ccd, i think i understanded it right by needing to dl the trial version only to burn the file to cd and then make a image of the cd, a .iso, but i dont know nothing about it, anyway dont waste you time awnsering this post lol, it almost 100% sure that i wont understand xD

OK, once again:
*.ccd is a CloneCD image, means a copy of a CD.
So you need the appropiate software to work with that ccd file.

Download CloneCd
Click on this >>>> CloneCD format << click.
Install it, it's a trial version but it works.
Then:

OR
burn the CD with CloneCD, put the CD in the CDdrive and mount it as this:
mount d x:\ -t cdrom
This will mount it as D: in dosbox.
The x:\ is your real CDdrive letter under windows.

OR
mount your image file (the *.ccd one) in a virtual drive you get when installing CloneCD and mount that one as this:
mount d x:\ -t cdrom
This will mount it as D: in dosbox.
The x:\ is your virtual CDdrive letter under windows.

Ok I'm not too sure if this has been explained yet because I don't really understand too much with dos and dos box, But as dosraider I have a warcraft 2 that runs without the CD, and was good for as younger brothers destroyed the CD. I now have it stored on a USB, and tried putting it on my aunts pc which is a winxp and its setup worked fine had the all the sound setup options but when I went to play it I just had the black screen with stuff written at the top, then it went black and went back to the desktop where I have the folder opened

any help would be awesome and don't hesitate to slap me down if the solution has all ready been posted.

couldn't tell what the graphics card is its got 1GB of ram and thats all I could tell you so far

also the thing it said at the top after it closes itself is

Did you ran it directly in XP without dosbox?

hi
i have started it and tried to start digital setup and then that happend:

THERE HAS BEEN A FATAL SOUND ERROR .
INSTALLATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.
