Theres a company called <a href=www.Ambrosiasw.com>Ambrosia</a> who have made many games like that.
The game that fits that description is called Ares.
The only problem is that most of their games are for mac.
And on the topic of Blizzard games. Most of them are now selling for about $20 or less in places like K-Mart, Harvey Norman, etc,
