Technically no, im providing the server files which are legal but i am not providing the ragnarok files so the person can try as hard as they wish to get them.

FWIW, there are plenty of Ragnarok forums out there to post at. Most will not allow you to talk about things like indie servers, but at least the spam will be on-topic there.
