One time I had a Jack and coke and it had a lime in it, And I saw that the lime was floating. That's good news man. Next time I'm on a boat and it capsizes, I'll reach for a lime... I'll be water skiing without a life preserver and people'll say 'What the hell?' and I'll pull out a lime...and a lemon too. I'm saved by the buoyancy of citrus.

Haha. It's funny coz you don't realise that i listen to a large amount of "real punk" and have done my entire life. Though, i'm not snobby enough about music to disregard a great pop band as good fun. The calling them punk was for lulz, but i guess you missed the brackets.
And, i agree. Your band is pretty cool. You myspace linked us a while back.
I saw some pretty cool local bands last night. First time legally out in town. Headlining act sucked, but the others were pretty cool.
Oxymoron - Dead End Generation.

p.s. I bought my ticket for GC yesterday.

THAT'S NOTHING. I AM SO PUNK ROCK THAT I BROKE A CASH PUSSIES LP IN HALF AND SHOVED IT INTO MY ANUS. THEN I PROCEEDED TO EAT MY NOFX COLLECITON FOR BREAKFAST. AND FOLLOWED IT UP WITH A RARE SID VICIOUS EP. FUCK YEAH.cyb3r.god3 wrote:........... all respect ive had for you has just been lost.

Anyone who hasn't read Ben Weasel's classic article "Punk Rock Dress Code" should ...
<a href="http://carol98im2.spaces.live.com/Blog/ ... ntry">Punk Rock Dress Code</a>
<i>Postscript: [voice type="Homer"]In case you couldn't tell, he's being sarcastic/satirical[/voice]</i>
When ppl talk about "real punk" or whatever, I think of Dana Carvey's "not turtle enuff for the turtle club" ...
http://video.aol.com/video-detail/id/1869860589
I mean, I understand what ppl mean by "real punk" ... but sometimes it's like ... "Oh, you think yer punk? Well, you're not punk enuff for the PUNK club! If you wanna rebel, you have to rebel in the RIGHT way, our way, or else!!"
<i>(Edit: ward posted as I was posting ... he seems to be making the same point I am trying to, albeit a bit less subtly ... )
(Edit #2: Replaced video with higher quality one!)</i>

Well, I've heard this song(ripped off one of their releases) on more than 5 releases, so I guessed it's their theme song!

They've got better ones... of course, Razor1911's demo team can outdo any of their tracks.Larry Laffer wrote:Well, I've heard this song(ripped off one of their releases) on more than 5 releases, so I guessed it's their theme song!
Check out Fountain of Sighs by Scorpik, Summertime by Bug, Ninja Goes to School by Dubmood... lol. I think you can find them on scenemusic.net.

I cannot know two people in this world that have a band named meatwagon. I cannot. That is simply not possible.
In that case then - i have no idea whether your band is good or is not good. The other meatwagon that i actually listen to is good? If that helps?
That is bizarre. Where are you from??
Suntan and Satan - Meatwagon ??

Haha. In that case. Change your band name. There is already an ace punk band called Meatwagon, and they've already published...
