But this forum is a tad bit quiet nowadays. Spammers come, spammers go (where were you Julie?) but without guest posting it's really just Sinister Mastermind who's posting the infinite amounts of overly interesting posts.

Hey thanks to me guest posting is once again allowed, I came up with a filter that seems to stop bots but allow regular users through*. I don’t really know what you meant be overly interesting posts. Most of my post either say “Use DOSBox” or “If you want that game you just requested e-mail me”.

*For reference I think Emmzee was sort of thinking the same thing as me but I did suggest it and it did work.

That's quite a lot over such a period.
No offense though.

Great work with the filter, I didn't notice that. A quiet forum doesn't attract new members, and an low amount of active members makes it less interesting to post. I guess guest posting does help a bit in that aspect.

And besides that, I think the dude in your avatar and the size of your undertittlethingie just scares the crap out of me. He's from dune 2, right?

Yeah he's the Harkonnen mentat. And yeah lots of posts I guess, I finished school the month before I joined here and well what can I say, lots of free time now .

I liked the original dune more. And the Harkonnen stink. Really.

Dune 2 has always been my favourite, as for the Harkonnen stinking, have you ever tried to complete the game with anyone else? I tell you, it's not exactly a walk in the park.

GME post count really doesn't mean anything. The only reason it's shown is because people would whinge if they couldn't see their post count.

BTW Gamer_V, looks like a pretty nice review, I didn't leave any comments as even though I have the game in my archives I'm yet to get around to playing it.
