Hello everyone. Allow me to introduce myself.
I,m a 22 year old (Soon 23) Swede and i have loved dos-games and other "oldies" since i played my very first PC-game, Hugo,s House of Horrors. Ah, the memories........
Oh, hrm, sorry, where was I, ah, yes as I said, I love dos-games. Actually I have played a lot more old games than recent ones for better or worse,:shame: so i thought this forum would be perfect for such an hopeless dos-nerd as me.
Other than that, I like Mythbusters, and urban legends in general, comics and books, cheese and forests.
Edit: Oops, this post didn,t go into the "Introduce yourself"-topic as i had intended. Sorry for that.

Hey, welcome to the forum.
Note: Mythbusters ain't science.
Note: Snopes.com runs its own spam network to start many of the forwarded stories in the first place.

Actually, I based that name on a well know myth here in Sweden (perhaps our most known) that a chinese pizzeria had put rat-meat on their pizzas. (Which wasn,t true of course.)
Mythbusters are great!

Of course they didn't put rat flesh on their pizzas, everyone knows it were dead cats.

There is a version of this myth were that was the case. In another they put chopped magpie on the pizzas.(Mm,yummy
)
This myth surfaced in the times when pizzerias were something new (and therefore mistrusted)

I once went to a Chinese restaurant in Muncie, IN. I heard cats and dogs playing in the alley.
I ordered the Happy Family special. It offered many types of meat.
I left, and heard no animals frolicking in the street.
I died a bit inside.
Fin.

The dogs and cats were all dead when you left the pizza because they had eaten from the leftovers, means instant death for them.
Only we, the totally degenerated humans can diggest the chemicals they put in their pizzas.

Yup, We have magpies here in Sweden. They have a somewhat bad reputation which i think is a little bad. Magpies are actually quite handsome birds in my opinion.
