how to change waypoint

plz tell me how to change waypoint fr primary target to secondary target, i tried press f8 but nothing happen.

Then there is something wrong with your keyboard.
If it's one of those multimedia crap things with a 'Fn' key (or F-Key or similar), you must press that one first to enable the F keys (Function keys).
Otherwise, if you play in dosbox you could try to remap that key.
