As far as I know, Lego Studios is unrunnable on anything except '98.

Battlecruiser 2000 AD doesn't work (I keep getting a "Invalid OS" message")
By the way, you spelt compatible wrong. You spelt it "compatibe" on the subject and title.

Why was this moved from get old games to work? Its purpose was to keep peopel from asking for help with the same games when they dont work under xp.

Added fifa 96, Ishar-3, Ravenloft-Strahd's Possesion , Realms of Arkanina 2 , Alien Logic (Thanks to Rykion), TTR, System Shock Demo.
I added another category too! And im moving it back to finding old games. If it gets moved back here i wont move it again. The point is to lower the same posts for the same games.

I would appreciate it if people would post some games to add to the list. And MODs can feel free to add them as they please.

I remember theres a Star Trek game, which, although I forgot its name, I believe the Abbreviation is STTNG or like that, which needs a patch which is quite hard to find. And One Must Fall: 2097 wont run Single Player/Network on XP, or 2000. Competition mode works fine. And don't forget Doom's sound problems. And someone on msn told me that GTA2 works fine in XP (he probably has no VDMSound)

Why not just add "Any game released prior to 1995" to the "Probably won't work under WinXP" list?
Should save a lot of time...

Indenture (v1.7) for DOS, a clone of Atari 2600 Adventure, runs EXTREMELY slow on Windows XP.

People who try to play dos games on windows XP probably spend more time trying to configure it then actually playing games.
DOSbox 0.6 was just released if you want to try playing a real old game on a new pc.

Doom itself does have errors, however, there are multiple enhanced engines for it that do work in XP. JDoom and ZDoom can both be downloaded for free, the only requirement is that you have the main IWAD for the game, and a glide card.
JDoom can be found at
http://www.doomsdayhq.com/index.php
and
Zdoom can be found at
