 I dowloaded Wolfenstein 3d from dosgames.com, and when I opened the zip with WinRar, I found one of the files was corrupted. Then when I ran the install program, it told me to insert disk 2. Is the zip corrupted, and was the reason for the install program asking for "disk 2" because of this?

Trouble Installing Wolfenstein 3d after dowloading
this may require a little fiddling. let me download it.
and kazer0, why wasn't this moved to "getting dos games to work"?
... ok. i looks like the zip you downloaded was of the full version, or something like that. where did you download it from? you're sure it was dosgames.com? cause i got it from dosgames.com and it worked fine. try this for an alternate location:
