I believe the CD was black with an orangey yellow 'Q' occupying the whole disk. Not sure what the 'Q' stands for, but there were many mini games, e.g. a quiz game where the water level rises every time you answer a question wrongly, a scavenging level where you collect resources to built a hut, etc. I also remember a game where you place things like springs and platforms on a platform game type map and then release the lost boys who walk from one point of the map to another using the set up you made.
Also, I've searched for quite a while, but I can't seem to find any trace of it.

Peter Pan CD game from around 2000s
Might just be a shovel-ware CD with games from all over.
What did the peter pan game actually play like? More likely to find that game than the CD, probably.
