2000s game with multiple different puzzle games inside

Sorry if the title might be a bit misleading. I'm looking for a puzzle game that came out probably around 2002-2007. There was a free version with many of the levels locked, however there were silver and gold versions you could pay for to get more levels. The games inside vary: from chess(chinesr, evil/good side and i think a few more), to leading the ball to the destination in as few moves as possible(the ball doesnt stop untit it hits the esge), a shooting game(remember using the numpad to shoot) and i think there were more games but i just cant remember. The gamr was definitely 3D, although it looked pretty bland and boring most of the time. Hopefully you can help me and thank you in advance.

No, sorry, main difference being that there were absolutely no people in the game in any form.
