A really obscure game, not sure if it was ever published [Bermuda Syndrome]

This one is a bit tricky to explain, but I once played a demo of a game similar to Flashback;
It was either on DOS or Amiga, but I cannot recall which I was so young.
What I remember about the game itself is that it was a 2D puzzle/action platformer and it was about a pilot I think in WW2 that was shot down near bermuda triangle, but somehow ends up passing through a distortion in space and wound up in what looks like a pre-historic world where primitive humans and dinosaurs live.
A woman is about to be sacrificed to a T-Rex but the plane crashes into it, saving her.
From there the pilot arms himself, frees the woman and together they try to survive this bizarre new world.
That's all I remember about it, but the title or if the demo was all ever published about it I do not know.
I wonder if by some sheer chance anyone here knows what it is, i'd really like to know.
