SimFarm and XP

How can I get SimFarm to work on my Intel Celeron P4? A friend of mine got it to work on her XP, but I dunno what type of computer it is. I can't figure out how to use DOSBox, and VDMS don't work either.

Here you can find Windows version of the game:

However as
DOSBox site suggests, the DOS version is supported by DOSBox (or at least in version 0.62)... Using DOSBox, you'll be able to run many old games, so it's really worth installing.

I remember that simfarm works fine on xp
