uumm.. i am stuck on hugo's horrific adventure, in the room with the dog what do i do now????????

i know it's hard,but you've got to get the porkchop from the murderous butler and toss it to the dog the second you get in the room. then right click on the carpet and there is a trap door type in oil bolts then undo bolts it will work i promise
