What do you do when your not gaming?

I've taken a bet to not take part in any form of gaming for a week. Its been going for about 25min & I'm bored already, any suggestions on what else to do.

My daily schedule consists of the following:

Wake up. Shit. Clothe self. Eat. Check torrents. Gaming. Self pleasure. Gaming. Gaming whilst talking to people. Self pleasure. Talk to people. Self pleasure. Gaming. Remove clothes. Gaming. Talk to people. Self Pleasure. Start more torrents. Bed.

I like Doctor Worm's suggestion.

I play sports, dance, listen to/play music, paint, draw, see friends, run, swim, play with my doggy.

I don't actually play games all that much nowadays.
