DOS Game Art?

Post by Swiftcutter »

Any artists out there who have been inspired by DOS games? Here are a couple of drawings I did a while back...

Paganitzu!
The Elowan from Starflight

I used to draw Commander Keen a lot. Maybe I'll try to draw him again sometime soon. :)

Post away! :D

I don't say this very often, but that's absolutely brilliant! Maybe I should get out my old drawings of Snake Logan & Cosmo...

Haha. In Australia for Art as a subject for final exams...We have to present a major work...I wanted to paint a HUGE pixelated screenshot of MI1 or 2...Teacher man said it was "cliche".

Now i'm drawing naked chicks!

Those pictures are cool. :)

Where's Vangar? He draws really well...

Hmmm, at what point do nekkid drawings cross the line between "art" and "pr0n"?

Ah, the questions of the ages ... :shame:

At what point does it matter? All in the eye of the beholder, I guess.

Though unless Gamer is lesbian or has some weird fetish, I don't think she's drawing naked women for pornographic reasons...

It's only porn if its mission is explicitly to arose others.
