what do you do after you throw the steak and find the trap door?
All i have is the oil can, bung, mask, whistle, penknife, candlestick and key
Am i missing anything, cuz i can't find anything else...

Nope, you're good. You found the trapdoor right? Wow... don't those bolts on the trapdoor look rusty? :-P Good think you got the oil. 'put oil on bolts' and then 'undo bolts' after that you should be good. FYI save the game now, next couple screens can be quite frustrating.
