NEED SOFTWARE: Interactive Planet Builder thingy?

Let's see, this software was released sometime last year (or the year before that, I'm not sure) on the Windows Monthly DVD. It's a cartoon-style planet builder that allows you to, well, build your own planet, adding mountains, oceans, clouds, animals, even allowing you to crash a comet into it or start a volcano. A bit like SimCity 4, only on a planet-wide scale, with cool 3d graphics. You can rotate the planet in whatever direction you like in order to edit it.

PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT! I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS PIECE OF SOFTWARE FOR FIVE DAYS! IF ANYONE, ANYONE HAS SEEN IT, PLEASE POST HERE AND LET ME KNOW. THANKS

You could always just wait until Spore comes out. :P

Sorry, Dosraider, that's not the one I was looking for. Thanks anyway.
And TSM, Spore is an actual GAME. The thing I'm looking for is a cartoony, planet-designing software thingy. But I might get Spore anyway.

After I buy my Wii.

Sorry to re-open a six-month dead topic, but I've found the software I was looking for, so you can all stop your busy searching lol.

AI Planet was what I was after.

The donations are all listed in Canadian dollars.
