Bloxster, as admitted by its author, "bears a tremendous resemblance to Tetris." The author saw Tetris somewhere and decided to make his own free text-mode version. The game plays like Tetris, where you drop pieces to form horizontal lines. There is no 'next piece' function, but you can choose a starting level and a few other options before the game begins. It plays well except that there is no "fast drop" key, only the spacebar which immediately drops a piece. (The actual release year for this game is unknown as the file dates are 1980-01-01.)
