Borders is a two player (no CPU opponent) strategy game where the object is to place dots on a grid attempting to make triangles between your dots. You get more points based on the size of your triangle, however you get no points if your opponent puts a dot in that space, so you'll need to be strategic. That's basically the game, you also get to place some "hidden" dots, which are hidden from both you and your opponent after you place them; the rules are not specific re whether your opponent is supposed to be looking when you place them. It's presented in basic CGA with not a lot of frills.
