DOSGames.com Review: Rating: 3
Breakthu Bukulu is an obscure, high-res (for DOS, anyways) Breakout / Arkanoid clone. Besides the game's colorful graphics, there are a few things that make this game different from the rest. The game has a story (accessible on the main menu), you can adjust the angle the ball bounces by angling your paddle, and the blocks are small squares rather than rectangles. Powerups are gained by hitting blocks with flashing centers. These blocks grant you temporary powers based on their color. The game's style is a little odd but that's part of the charm of obscure retro games.
