Brett Hull Hockey 95 was released to challenge EA's dominance in the video game hockey space, going head-to-head against NHL 95. Unfortunately it wasn't terribly successful, hence why we never saw Brett Hull Hockey 96. It has some nice features like decent graphics and audio play-by-play announcing, but the game itself just doesn't play too well, with choppy animations and middling controls. You can try it for yourself in this demo version released by publisher Accolade to promote the game. See the in-game README.TXT file or the instructions below for the keys.
