DOSGames.com Review: Rating: 4
Bubble Pop is a shameless knock-off of the popular Bubble Bobble series of arcade games. Beginning with perhaps the most common story sequence in video games where a demon of some sort steals your girlfriend (ala Ghosts 'n' Goblins and many others) you then proceed to many levels of colorful fruit-collecting fun. The game plays pretty well and looks great. "Transform all of the monsters into bonus stuff," the instructions say, by jumping on their heads or freezing them. There are a total of ten levels included in the shareware version.
