DOSGames.com Review: Rating: 3.5
Dropsession is a logical puzzle game involving shapes, but they don't drop like they would in Tetris. Instead here the goal is to assemble the shapes into a pattern that is given for each level. Your only means of orienting the shapes is changing the gravity for the room (it's called the "forcefield direction" in the docs) and rotating the pieces before you place them. It seems easy but I found it quite tricky to get the hang of. You will need to hit F1 to see the list of keys, perhaps the most important (that I missed at first) is Home which changes the gravity direction. Definitely a unique puzzle game that's worth a look. (Note that the game refers to itself as "freeware" but it contains explicit registration instructions and an order form, so I'm calling it shareware here.)
