DOSGames.com Review: Rating: 2.5
Sim-Pizza is not a simulation game like the classic Pizza Tycoon game. Rather it is an action/arcade game somewhat like Paper Boy. You pick up pizzas from the pizzeria, watch for the house number to deliver to, and deliver the pizza to the house, while avoiding cars and pedestrians. The game looks decent and the premise sounds simple enough, but since I couldn't get sound working in DOSBox, the house numbers only flash for a moment after you receive notification at the bottom of the screen. You always throw the pizzas from the right side of your moped, which is tricky to get used to. Also the pizzas don't stop when you successfully throw them at the houses so it's hard to know if it counted or not. Many of these problems could be solved if sound was working (let me know if you figure it out) but as-is, it seems good but it's a bit tough to actually play.
